Business Line Risk Manager - Global Accounting & Operations

In this role you act as a strategic risk partner for GA&O, embedding risk expertise into business decisions. You serve as the primary SOX liaison and coordinate risk program activities to protect the bank while enabling growth. You translate complex risk concepts into actionable guidance for the business and support quarterly assessments. You partner with risk teams to standardize practices and improve risk visibility across the organization.

• Embed risk expertise into business decisions and proactively identify and monitor risks
• Liaise between the business line and risk program teams to simplify requirements
• Collaborate to drive a streamlined approach to implementing risk programs
• Serve as SOX Coordinator, train partners, maintain documentation, and coordinate control testing

• Typically more than six years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong business acumen and risk judgment
• Executive communication skills for concise messaging and recommendations
• Ownership and accountability mindset
• Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
